Even the famous Australian actor Mel Gibson is buying property real estate in Costa Rica. Mel’s chosen part of the country is on the North Western coast close to the beach of Playa Barrigona.
Mel’s house is in Nicoya on Playa Barrigona. Mel bought this fine property as a retreat but some bad luck and overlooked paperwork meant a part of the new property was not correctly registered. Some legal wrangling is ensuing but all are confident the problem will be resolved.
